All return or exchange requests must be emailed to management@jazlyngabriel.com and items sent back within 14 days of receiving the order. We do not accept change of mind with any products. We will only accept returned items that are damaged in transit or being exchanged for a different size. After contacting our team, please return items with proof of purchase, order number and ensure items are not worn or damaged by yourself, with tags still on. Items will be thoroughly inspected by the team before a refund or exchange is considered. Exchanges will be issued as store credit equal to the original purchase price. Clearance items are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. There will be no refunds or exchanges on downloadable PDF exercise guides or posters. Refunds require roughly 7-10 business days to process with us.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS POLICY

All Legion by Jazlyn Gabriel PDF guides are digital products delivered electronically following purchase.

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a purchase has been completed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law. All PDF guides are for the purchaser’s personal use only and must not be copied, reproduced, shared, resold or distributed without written permission from Legion by Jazlyn Gabriel. Please ensure your email address and order details are correct at checkout. If you experience any issues accessing your purchased guide, please contact us for assistance.

You are responsible for shipping costs for all Australian and international returns and exchanges. If your item is severely damaged in transit, please return the item and we will consider reposting the same product to you.
